Warranty/Returns Policy

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, including new, shipped, or slightly used items, within 30 days of delivery.

We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service possible, which is why we provide a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Full refunds or replacements are available in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Shipping damage

    • Eligible returns of non-defective items (new or slightly used)

Each individual case is determined by our team, and a refund considered based on many factors. Customers must submit a ticket via our contact page within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for warranty protection.

When producing a ticket to customer service, please highlight the issue in the subject line of the contact form. Using the correct subject fields is incredibly important so that we can ensure your email is responded to in a timely manner.

Note: Customers must ship back their items in order to receive a refund. Any items that were damaged by the customer will not be eligible. Additionally, if a ticket is produced more than 30 days after arrival of the parcel, customer orders will not be eligible for a refund.

Other Exceptional Returns: returns for any reasons other than the reasons listed above (manufacturing defects, shipping damage), if approved by the team, may incur a fee or the customer returning will be responsible for cost of return shipping.
